Change management involves the structured approach of planning, implementing, and controlling change processes to minimize disruptions and maximize benefits. The Change Prioritization Matrix presented here offers a systematic framework for organizations to evaluate and prioritize change initiatives based on multiple factors.

To use the matrix: Evaluate each change request against the factors listed in the matrix. Consider the specific circumstances and characteristics of each change to determine the appropriate rating for each factor. Calculate the total score for each change request based on the ratings assigned to each factor. Higher total scores indicate higher priority for implementation.
